As we know, wealth is less important than good health. But how to keep fit? Let me tell you.
Have you heard anyone say that an apple a day keeps a doctor away? It tells us that eating an apple a day can keep people healthy. Eating enough fruit and vegetables is necessary for us. We should also eat less meat. We should do more exercise to build us up. We must avoid smoking and drinking. Because they can cause many illnesses. On the other hand, happiness is important to us. It’s the best medicine. Be happy to be healthy.
If we follow the advice, we will have a healthy body.

 
How to keep healthy?   
What’s the most important in our life? Of course, it must be health. Without it, we can’t do anything well. But what should we do to keep fit? Here is some advice.
1. Drink water when we get up.
2. Wash hands before meals.
3. Eat more healthy food. Don’t eat too much hot food and candy.
4. When you feel tired, stop to have a good rest.
5. Brush teeth twice a day.
If you follow the above advice, you will become healthier and healthier. In a word, health must come first.

 
How to keep healthy?   
Keeping healthy is important to us. I am pretty well because I have a lot of ways to keep fit. Here are some ways.
I eat plenty of healthy food, such as fruit and vegetables. They are good for my health. I have milk for breakfast every day. Good breakfast can make me active during the day. Doing exercise is also necessary for us. I spend some time running almost every day. Enough sleep should be needed. So I sleep for eight hours at least every day.
We should find good ways to keep fit. So let’s follow the above ways.

 
How to keep healthy?  
Health is more important for us than before. People hope they can have a healthy body. There is some advice to keep healthy.
An hour to do exercise every day can make us strong. Running is good for our legs and lungs. It is a good sport. Besides, it is necessary for us to have healthy eating habits. Fruit and vegetables are good for our health, but fast food, like potato chips, will make us fat and unhealthy. So eat the right kinds of food to keep us healthy.
Happiness is also important for our health. It’s the best medicine. When we are ill, try to be happy and you’ll feel better. On the other hand, we may feel sick if we are always unhappy. So be happy to be healthy.
Nothing is more important health. So follow the advice, you can have the best wealth.

 
How to keep healthy? 
As the saying goes, “no one knows the value of health until je loses it.” Good health is important to your work and study. Here I want to give some advice on how to keep healthy.
You should have a regular life. Going to bed early and getting up early are important to keep healthy. Vegetables, fruits and other food full of energy are also necessary. Eat as little sugar and oily food as possible.
Remember to get rid of the bad habbits. Such as smoking, drinking, staying up late and so on.
Anyway, health is more important than anything else.
